NEW YORK-February, 2009 tumbalina, an award-winning New York stationery design firm, announced it has received the prestigious American Graphic Design Award (AGDA) for "excellence in package design 2009" for its Everyday Giftcard Tin.

The American Graphic Design Awards were founded 43 years ago by trade publisher, GDUSA Magazine. This year, a nationwide panel of judges chose winners from over 1,000 packaging design entries. Winners included many of the foremost creative professionals from global design firms, advertising agencies and corporations. Past AGDA winners have included Citigroup, Time Warner, AstraZeneca, Sony, Nike, Eastman Kodak, and Unilever.
